Dialogues for Violin and Accordion
Shucong He, Violin & Junhao Mao, Accordion
Bringing together two prize-winning young artists, this concert explores a wide spectrum of repertoire from Baroque masterpieces to contemporary works and tango classics. Violinist Shucong He, winner of the Gold Prize at the Asia Strings Competition and the Grand Prize at the Johannes Brahms International Competition in Austria, joins accordionist Junhao Mao, First Prize winner of the 54th Klingenthal International Accordion Competition (Virtuoso Category), in a program of striking contrasts and creative dialogues.
