International String Art Week

Music Festival

Overview

The Siqing Lu · Shenzhen Futian International String Art Week is a biennial festival founded in 2016 by internationally renowned violinist Siqing Lu, hosted by the People’s Government of Futian District and curated and operated by MAJOR Performing Arts Group. As one of China’s most influential classical music events, the festival has grown into a comprehensive platform that integrates high-level performance, youth competitions, international masterclasses, public education, and cross-cultural exchange.
With the mission of “passing down the legacy of string artistry and nurturing the spirit of music,” the festival bridges the gap between elite musical performance and broader social impact, bringing classical music to professionals, students, and the public alike.
